Monti Cap Bleaching

Anyone have any ideas about why this monti might be bleaching? I have had it for a few months and growth has been great. It started as a small frag. It has started to bleach over the past couple days and I'm not sure what the best course of action is. My current params are:

 

Alk: 8.6

Ca: 430

Mg: 1440

Nitrate: 5

Salinity: 1.026

 

I am also dosing Red Sea trace elements weekly according to calcium consuption so I am wondering if one of these elements is out of whack. Suggestions?

Phosphate level is missing and is one probable cause.

 

Pls post one good tank pic that shows the coral and major tank hardware.
