coral stocking advice and placement

hello everyone, need advice on coral stocking and placement

cycle finally done after 3 months  

 

currently i have:

hammers

xenia

zoas

blasto

candy kane

mushrooms

gsp

 

not planning on any sps

i might have overstocked on fish for a standard 15 diy AIO but if have to do WC twice a week then i have to 😄

Xenia's NEED to be on its own rock on its own island unless its okey for you to lose whatever entire rock you put it on. 

Same with Green Star Polyps. They will take over whatever rock they are on, and the one next to it unless you seperate them with some form of physical barrier or sand.

i would honestly put the hammer up higher then as they get larger there tenticles can sweep pretty far.  

or actually i guess u can put it down flow...

i was thinking about that with the gsp. though i have never seen people do that with xenia

Xenia on the black wall would look really nice and gives them area to grow.

 

Gsp on it's own rock. 

 

Blasto in the rocks or sand, they don't like high light.

 

Hammers can have long sweepers, so give it room.
