MAME design skimmer Air pump

Hey guys. Does anyone have a MAME design skimmer, and if so, what air pump do you use with it? I ordered mine online without realizing that I was going to need to buy additional parts. I have a fluval evo 13.5, im hoping that the air pump and the skimmer can all fit in the back chamber. Please let me know what you guys have used! I’m not sure what to order. Thank you!

I’m wondering if I could use this, I like that it’s small and cheap. I have no real idea if it would work though.

I would think that air pump would have issues with driving a limewood block. If its 1.5W its relatively weak. 

 

I would look at something like a whisper 40, as limewood can get pretty restrictive over time as its been used up.

As specs says it has 2L/M

The Whisper 40 has 1.3L/M

 

That Hygger has 420mL/M or 0.42L/M

 

Do you see what i mean now about it being a bit weak..

I've used a Fusion 200 Air Pump with my Reef Glass Skimmer.  It worked well and the Reef Glass Skimmer is pretty similar to the MAME skimmer.
