Will test out both to see which is quieter compared to my original no-name brand micro powerhead. My noisy ph is shown on the left, Rio center, and Hydor right. 1 Quote Link to comment

The Hydor is the largest tho, and the no-name is the smallest. Maybe the no-name is the best comprise in size and noise level after all. 🤦♂️ Lol. Quote Link to comment

Twice the flow, and the quietest. Also, can't you direct the flow on the Hydor? I bet you could ditch the mounting bracket, and attach a traditional suction cup or two with a zip tie if you wanted to reduce it's footprint in the tank 1 Quote Link to comment
