Need help identifying this (with pictures)

Does anyone know what this is. It just showed up and it’s right after I was an idiot and didn’t dip a new coral. Should I be concerned?

It looks soft and translucent and waves around in the current. About a half an inch long.

Other than “wave around” does it move or retract if you touch it?

Lol disregard this whole post. The way it was positioned in the rock crevice it seemed to have a tube and a couple of tentacles at the top. When I touched it, it floated free. I feel so stupid because it was just the exoskeleton of some large amphipod or something like that. 

 

Nothing to to be worried about right?
