The sky is the limit!!

Or whatever you have in your wallet/bank account...

(What I mean is: no spending limits have been set. 😊)

For now, I'm keeping things a little secretive - let everyone else show their cards before I reveal my hand... :ninja:

I'll also be adding progress pics and short video clips to Instagram once things get going: www.instagram.com/kimbomk/

And plan to have monthly/bigger updates on YouTube as well: https://www.youtube.com/user/aurelle86

I'll keep an updated index in the the first post!

Show there cards.............well its either janky or not

I mean in relation to tank, aquascape, coral and livestock plans...

Though I'm having a reeeeally hard time deciding what I want to stock. I'm not that limited because I pretty much have to buy online anyway, and since this is an empty tank, I don't really have to worry about source (qt'ing) either.

My hope is to set something up long term, that's interesting (the tank will be in the kitchen, a very public area), but also that I've never tried before - cause why put something in there that I already have in my other tanks...

Hmm 🤔 someone is holding all the cards eh?

I'm trying to... but that also means people are taking my secret ideas, and I'll probably get called out as a copycat... 🤷‍♀️

I'm having a really hard time deciding on what to stock the tank with. Even though I want to be super secretive, I'm considering a poll to help me choose. I've got 3 ideas so far...

My biggest failure with the Creative Container Contest was not going in with a plan. I grabbed all the equipment, but when it came time to stock the tank, I was clueless. Because I never had a plan, it make it really easy to break the tank down early - shortly before we moved out of state. Had there actually been any life in it, I likely would have moved it all in buckets like I did for my other tanks.

Although I will be starting with dry rock and sand, I have been thinking hard about what I want to stock this tank with - I want to be ready when the time comes. I took a few trips out to "local" fish stores (one is 20 minutes away, the other 40), but neither one had anything that stood out to me. So it looks like online vendors will be my primary source for stocking.

I wanted to try something new, which has lead me to the following 3 options:

1. A curlique anemone and red snapping shrimp

2. A couple maxi mini anemones with a group of sexy shrimp

3. A lonely mantis shrimp with macro algae

I teeter totter between the 3 a couple times a day, so maybe there's some people out there who would like to weigh in? I've also added polls to my Instagram story!
