Dosed ALK but no change in DKH?

So today I dosed my ALK into the tank and had no change in DKH. I did dose ALK then waited 10 minutes and dosed CAL. I normally wait longer between the two but was in a rush. I tested before on my hanna checker and got 8.8 then I tested about a half hour after and got the same reading, I even tested a 2nd time after and got the same results. The dose should have raised my DKH by 0.4

 My question is should I dose again and if so should I dose CAL again as well?

As far as two parts dosing is concerned, equal amounts of both should be dosed at each schedule. If no rise in Alk is observed then the amount being dosed should be raised. Test kit reading will indicate the right amount required. Hope that helps.
