MorganEFM Posted March 6, 2019 Share Posted March 6, 2019 Hi! I’m new to this forum and saltwater tanks so hello! I just added some live rock to a tank from TBS, and found a crab in the bag. I captured him, but don’t know if he’s good or bad? He is all white and seems fuzzy, but I can’t tell if he’s actually fuzzy or just covered in sandy stuff. He has black claws. I also found what I believe is a gorilla crab, and this guy looks a bit different in coloring. Any help is super appreciated! Quote Link to comment

NuisanceAlgaeCultivator Posted March 13, 2019 Share Posted March 13, 2019 Not sure on the first one maybe when it matures and gets more distinct characteristics. The second looks like a gorilla crab, but that seems to be a generic name for a few different species of crabs. Quote Link to comment
