Problem with the tank (scratched out of the box) - "we do not offer a warranty for that". Problem with the skimmer - "we do not offer a warranty if you bought it online and not in the retail store" Fluval 13.5 Light partially failed - waiting 20 days for an exchange/replacement with no results (no update in a ticket for a week). Corals cannot wait 20 days without light. So I bought another light from another company. Why AA-aquarium offer a great service for their AA Green Killing Machine (replaced the pump fast without any effort), and a big company like Hagen cannot offer any quality service for their product? They have a quality control issue: Skimmer - noisy, overflows, leaks Tank - scratched Q1 pump - noisy (Q2 is OK) Fluval 13.5 Light - cheap silicon just felt off, oxidation and failure Only the heater works well. Tamberav Posted March 1, 2019 Share Posted March 1, 2019 I don't have much experiance with their stuff but It's hard to have a good warranty if all the products break. I have one of their fluvals for my QT tank and they do scratch very easy compared to some other brands.
