Like_Mike
I recently purchased an anemone and was told it was a condy anemone. Having already own one, I was confused because it looked nothing like the one I already owned. The new one is all purple, and tentacles are long and skinny. The condy in my tank has semi short tentacles and are short. So my question is, is the purple one a condy or possibly a long tentacle anemone. Thanks in advance, Mike Quote Link to comment
DreC80
Is the small condy anemone that you already own the one on the left in the second pic? If so, that looks like a bubble tip to me. The one you just bought looks like a condy. Quote Link to comment
Like_Mike
I'm sorry I should have specified a little better. The top pic is the most recent anemone I bought and was told it's a "condy". The bottom pic, is the condy anemone I've had for months. I should have cropped out the BTA so as to not cause confusion. DreC80
Understood. Hard to say if it's a condy or lta. I think lta's are more expensive, so maybe the price you paid can help determine what you got. Quote Link to comment
Like_Mike
They were both inside the same tank, condys and long tentacles. This was taken about 10 minutes ago. I ended up paying 13.79 for this anemone. Quote Link to comment
