The hammer looks better, the reds keds zoas won’t open very much for some reason, I don’t really know why. I also got a nice ric, and it didn’t come with a plug, so I have to buy some glue to glue it down. Will it attach itself somewhere? Thats a nice picture of the watchman. 😊 Everything looks much better. But, it may be time to experiment with the Hammer. It looks much better than your last pic but it’s still very small and shrunken. Here’s the last pic that I took of it: 1 Quote Link to comment

EthanPhillyCheesesteak
For some reason it says that I’m not allowed to post videos I’ll just send it to you through text 1 Quote Link to comment
EthanPhillyCheesesteak
So can I use this to glue down coral? It says it contains cyanoacrylate Quote Link to comment
Tamberav
Liquid is too messy...you need gel. Quote Link to comment

DSFIRSTSLTWATER
2 minutes ago, EthanPhillyCheesesteak said: Will that work tho? I'm guessing no. The gel holds it's form so you can stick it in the tank. Liquid would be like pouring water on it. Quote Link to comment
mitten_reef
What happened to all your nems? Is it just me or the LTA is taking up the center stage in the photo set? some really nice 👍 pics btw. 1 Quote Link to comment

The carpets still here, but he’s been acting different lately. It’s weird. I can’t get him to eat, but he looks fine, so Idk. 1 Quote Link to comment

You can use this to glue out of your tank but it is very messy. I add a small amount of glue, wait about 10-15 seconds (until a "film" has developed on the glue) then add the frag, turkey baste with the old tank water a few times gently, this is to set the glue. After that depending on whether the bond is strong I superglue over the bond, turkey baste, repeat ect. 1 Quote Link to comment

The gsp seems fine, and it’s staying in place 4 Quote Link to comment
EthanPhillyCheesesteak
So I got some new frags thanks to tamberav. They are all really nice zoas and palys. I’ll post a picture in the morning when they open back up. 4 Quote Link to comment
EthanPhillyCheesesteak
Also, I think something may have spawned in my tank, bc the water is really milky. I’m thinking that it could’ve been my long tentacle anemone, bc it also uprooted itself and looks weird. Should I look for baby? Or could this be something else? Quote Link to comment
Matteo
A milky tank could be a bacteria bloom meaning something is decaying and at a fast rate. Could be your nem if it's not looking good. Your cleanup crew focused on anything lately? Quote Link to comment
Tamberav
Bacterial bloom? or my tank has gotten cloudy when snails spawn. I would point a powerhead up a bit to make sure you have good oxygen exchange. Bacterial blooms will drain the oxygen from your tank which is a danger for fish. 3 Quote Link to comment

I pointed a power head towards the surface to get better gas exchange. The long tentacle was looking funny last night but looks normal today 1 Quote Link to comment
Matteo
Could just be reefs doing what reefs do. Biology at nature (utter randomness) if everything is looking fine I wouldn't sweat too much. If nothing a water change can never hurt (when done properly people don't jump on me internet) 1 Quote Link to comment
EthanPhillyCheesesteak
Got some pictures of the new frags that tamberav gave to me. And a few pictures of everything else. The rastas don’t want to open all that much for some reason tho. I don’t know why. The lights were also just off, so that’s why some of them are closed up. 3 Quote Link to comment
Snow_Phoenix
Nice green-polyped toadstool! 😊 2 Quote Link to comment
Tamberav
Rastas are hardy and fast growers...they will probably come around. 2 Quote Link to comment
EthanPhillyCheesesteak
Yea, the rastas haven’t opened up once yet which I find a little weird. My red keds zoas also haven’t opened up much, but I think that’s bc of algae on the zoas. 1 Quote Link to comment
EthanPhillyCheesesteak
I’ve kept the lights off for 2 days so far to help get rid of some of the hair algae. It seems to be really helping. Tomorrow the lights come back on. 2 Quote Link to comment
