vegasgundog
Today I picked up Buble magus coral lens kit. I've seen these around from different companies, mostly a clone of one another. Until today I've been able to hold back on purchasing one. Most have been double the 19.99 , so what the heck. I found previously with my Samsung Galaxy s9, by adjusting PRO settings (more later) I get almost spot on reproduction of what my eye sees. Right off the bat, the clip will not work with my one piece Otterbox phone protector. Prying the case off everytime is a huge PITA and a near deal breaker. Then there is the picture. First I'll show you a picture using Samsung PRO setting on the camera. Very close to what the eye sees. Now the orange lense Then the yellow lense The yellow seems closer, but the RFA takes on a brighter orange than it has. For comparison here is the standard setting for Samsung, not pro. The ideal aspect of these filters would be to clip on and go. They failed right of the bat having to remove the otter box slip case. The filters do remove some blue, but I myself am looking for true to my eyes reproduction. Adjusting settings on Samsung Galaxy s9 pro camera settings is much easier tha adjusting lights. By adjusting ISO to 160, F2.4 to 1/30 or 1/45 and white balance to around 7700k...... ...this is what I get... So if I had to do it again....no. 20 bucks is just one trip through a drive through, so I'm not really concerned. I'll eat pb&j one more day, its healthier. Hope everyone finds this helpful. Cheers. 2 Quote Link to comment

Joevember
I use an s9 to take all my pics, I just set the WB to 10000k and it looks great. Doesn't look right when the blues are on, s that's the only time I'll use a lens. 2 Quote Link to comment
