I have a 12.5 gallon nano tank and although I know that I don’t need an ATO, it would be very nice to have one. The only issue is that I have no sump, so if possible, how could I set up and ATO without a sump? And what ATOs would anyone recommend?

Does your AIO have a back compartment?  If so, you can set the ato sensor and return tubing in there.  Your ATO container can be a gallon jug or 5 gallon bucket.  Check out the smart ATO micro.

I bought the xpaqua duetto a few weeks ago and have been liking it so far. Has a tiny sensor which was a big plus in being able to fit it under the rim of my tank

My tank has the compartment on the side actually, I have a fluvial 12.5 gallon. I believe it would still work though!

If you get an ATO, make sure you put it in the last compartment in the back chamber (It's the one with the pump). This is the only compartment affected by evaporation, so you need to set up the ato in it.

An ATO is one of the best investments you can buy. Between the security of constant salinity to not having to remember is worth it.

This is the one I use and love it.
