Brown slime / hair algae help

What will eat this will turbo snails touch this

That's either cyano or dino's. Not diatoms or hair algae.

 

Something is causing it. You. Need to figure out the cause and correct it.

 

Manual removal by siphoning it out is the way to getting rid of it while fixing the cause.
