Reef roids dosing question

Im planning on ordering some reef roids and was wondering how often to dose for best results. 

My stock atm is small but I get a little each check 

stock

med 2 head frogspawn

sm 2 head purple hammer

1 sm long gsp

1 sm pinkish gsp

1 2 head Duncan

Reef roids broadcast fed is more for sps ane filter feeders.

1 time a week is enough.

 

For lps it's best to feed them pellet food, frozen mysis, frozen cyclops. 1 time a week is enough.

Honestly speaking other than your duncans, most of your other corals won't take to the food as readily. You may find you'll have nutrient issues more than the growth. But give it a go, it'll be good learning experience.

Agreed better suited for sps ... reef roids seems like a poor choice for lps imo.  well unless you have a gonipora...
