Plumbing a nano frag tank into display?

Has anyone ever plumbed a nano in to a display sump? I don’t have much room for a big frag tank and wanted to get a nano but I know it would be difficult to keep params in check for good coral growth. I found the nuvo 6 gallon frag tank which would fit perfectly next to my display and I thought why not plumb it into my current sump? I wouldn’t need a new heater, skimmer, or return pump for it. I already have an extra return pipe plumbed in (pic below). What kind of overflow would you suggest for such a small tank? Any thoughts on this idea?
