dcknipe Posted December 13, 2018 Share Posted December 13, 2018 Make sure your AI is connected to your homes wifi. This is going to sound funny but here is how I got it to work. 1: Connect phone and ai to wifi. 2:Open ai app, then hit home key on my phone to minimize the app. 3: open webpage where I'm going to download preset. Download preset. 4: when download is done it is in my task bar or notification area of my phone. "like where it shows you completed the download". Open AI app again. 5:with the app open swipe down on my phone so I can see my notifications and click the download. 6: then ai prime app says it saved the preset I have a Samsung s8 but Ya its kinda ridiculous to load presets. Most people just get a screen shot of the schedule and male there own Quote Link to comment
