HELP!! loosing crabs and shrimp

Ok so just today I have lost 2 red legged hermits and now lost my coral banded shrimp. Any ideas is to why this is happinging??

 

Ph8.0

Nitrate 0

Nitrite 0

Ammon 0 

Phos 0.25

Calcium 400

Phosphate is a bit high, but not high enough to kill.

Any way copper is getting into the system? How often do you do water changes? How long have you kept them?
