Hey. Do what ever you want. You asked for suggestions. Ya got 'em. Another $.02.

Can I add microbacter7 with Chemi pure and poly filter in my tank currently ?

Neither product should affect the bacteria cultures.  However, protein skimmers and UV sterilizers could affect it.

Personally, I prefer to rely on natural predators for algae. Mother Nature figured it out long before we came along. It’s more work intensive but you don’t mess with the chemical balance. Just my $.02.

You're the #1 member of the CUC.  If that means putting your hands in the tank to rip out what the CUC can't eat, then that's what it means.

If you're having to do this on an ongoing basis, it also means you may need to enlist a larger and/or more diverse CUC for the tank.

You don't want your CUC starving to death, but your CUC will get picky if they aren't not hungry.....so if you have more apparent algae than you want, keep upping the CUC numbers a little at a time until they can handle keeping it all mowed.

Consider using spot-treatment of real problem areas with peroxide in a small syringe while all flow in the tank is off.
