Sponge or tunicate?

Can anyone I’d these, I’ve got a few growing in my tank now. Not sure if they are sponges or tunicates?

A tunicate will “react” when disturbed.

I’ve just poked it, nothing seems to be  moving but it is soft so I guess it’s a sponge.  Thanks.

😊 Sponges are a good sign and often come out of nowhere.
