ID This Fish Please

Hi, does anyone know what sort of fish this is? It came in the LFS shipment recently, but no one (including other customers and the workers) know what exactly it is. It looks like a coris wrasse, but with black and white markings. Would appreciate if someone could chime in. I'm just curious and would love to read up on it. Thank you.

My best guess...a juvenile stressed Coris flavovittata

Juvenile Engineer goby methinks... they get pretty big.

I found two interesting possibilities in the past few minutes:

 

1. Juvenile Hologymnosus annulatus:

2. Or Juvenile Malacanthus latovittatus:

What do you guys think? I think engineer gobies undulate more (in a snake-like fashion) at the tip, so the movement doesn't exactly match. Black and white coris markings are a bit off - this guy has a thicker black band. Hmm. 

 

(No plans on bringing this fish home, just wanted to find out what exactly he is so that I can update my LFS) 🙂

Juvenile Hologymnosus annulatus looks like an even more likely candidate to me than a juvenile Coris flavovittata..

Did a bit more digging - if this hits the mark, then this little guy can reach up to 40cm if he lives to adulthood (holy cow!).

Yeah, some of these small juvenile wrasses are so darn cute...until they grow up!  😉
