I upgraded my lighting to 60 watt LEDs just under a year ago and came home today  to find that half have stopped working as one of the drivers has failed. I ordered a replacement, but it may take a couple weeks to arrive. In the meantime should I run the white or blues and how long before my corals suffer at only running half power? Tank is Biocube 29 and I have mostly soft corals and LPS.

There’s a 10000k aquaneat led on Amazon for only about 15-25.00, and they’ve got 2 day shipping. It’s not the best but early into the hobby my Duncan, GSP, and candy corals grew a modest amount.

if you’re looking for a quick, cheap, temp fix maybe it can be bootlegged to the biocube.

Do you have a local reef club? If so I'm sure you can find a member who would loan you an old light to get you by.
