Large white blotch on blenny

When I got home this afternoon I found my Tailspot Blenny had a large white blotch (missing scales?) on his side that was not there yesterday/last night. Other then treat his food with garlic and vita-chem is there anything that I should do? He is swimming fine and begging for food as normal, so no signs of distress, flashing or problems breathing. All my other fish are acting normal with no signs of injuries or fighting. I have not made any changes to the tank in several weeks and have not added any fish/inverts or corals in several months, which is why I don't think that it is velvet or ich.

Did you figure this out? My Bi-Color all of the sudden has this today.
