KNelson
I'm looking for a small amount of black reef-safe paint to cover the ugly red on a powerhead. Can anyone recommend something? I don't intend on touching the flow regulator, but the part at the top will see the occasional action when I move it to clean. I guess it's possible for me to not paint the areas where the wire touches as well as the sides as to avoid chipping but if I could find one that bonds well I'd rather just paint the whole thing. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
KNelson
Aaaaaaand I look through some other posts on this thread and (maybe?) find an answer? Someone dug up a necro-thread and in its bowels someone said something about Krylon Fusion. Anyone able to chime in? Quote Link to comment
Justind823
Krylon fusion has been the go to aquaria safe paint for awhile. Anything that says it bonds to plastic should do the trick 1 Quote Link to comment
deetu
Walmart doesn't have the Fusion anymore. Think Krylon changed the name. I ordered it on line to be sure. 1 Quote Link to comment
