Oldsalt01
I decided to do a little experimenting when I trimmed back an GSP island that was trying to take over. Over the course of the last 10 weeks I have photo recorded the growth of the GSP starting with 5 small pieces I cut from the original rock. Week 1 is 7/10/18 with the original 5 pieces glued to a new rock, week 10 is 9/12/18. Please forgive the jerkiness and varied exposures, as I am getting used to a new camera, and unfortunately, was unable to leave the camera set-up, well, set up, permanently. I do think it shows just how aggressive this stuff can be when given room to expand. Hope this helps anyone out there who thinks they might want to get some GSP. 6 1 1 Quote Link to comment

xthunt
I put a few tiny pieces on a rock similar size. After a few months it looks almost the same. It spread a little, but polyps are short. I cannot grow GSP to save my life. Never had luck with it. Everything else is healthy and growing. Quote Link to comment
