austinmullis
Just to be specific, I'm referring to the basic, dry, aragonite made by CaribSea sold at petco , 10 lbs for $5. I'm having a hard time finding info on it. Does anybody know the particle size of it, and if it's good for gobies? Also, can anyone share pictures of it in a tank if they use it? Here's a picture of the specific kind I'm talking about. Just basic aragonite, not special grad, or arag-alive, ocean direct etc. Quote Link to comment
HarryPotter
I like their "Special Grade". Not so thick that it goes wherever with flow, but doesn't look like chunky rocks. Quote Link to comment
Clown79
I used the dry and after a zillion times rinsing it, it still had some silt. For some reason the main complaint about the dry is how much dust is on it. The live sand I've used of theirs which I never rinsed was perfectly fine, caused no dust storms, or had a lot of silt Quote Link to comment
