chathurai Posted July 23, 2018 Share Posted July 23, 2018 Hello friends, i have tow kessil a150w (skyblue and ocean blue), recently i have noticed dimming of my ocean blue pendant , there should be 21 individual leds on metrix array, when i check carefully i have noticed 6 led's are out. can leds burned out itself or is it issue with driver ? if it is related to driver then i can give a try with local electronic shop to repair this ,if it is related to metrix array i dont think ill be able to find led array 😞 Quote Link to comment
Lingwendil Posted July 23, 2018 Share Posted July 23, 2018 Those do look burnt out for sure, and your best bet is to reach out to kessil. The dense matrix array is not serviceable in any way other than complete replacement by nature of its' design. Quote Link to comment
