sadie
I usually but Crazy Glue gel to glue my coral. My husband picked some up for me today, but it was actually made by Loctite. It is the gel, but I just wanted to make sure it was safe before I used it. Thanks Quote Link to comment
jservedio
If it's just cyanoacrylate gel it's totally fine. I've used loctite and gorilla glue with no issue. 1 1 Quote Link to comment

Sancho
Most super glue gel is reef safe as long as its cyanoacrylate. You want to avoid specialty glues that have a cyanoacrylate base but may contain dyes and other chemicals, these are usually specialty glues made for wood working. Ive yet to find anything at the home depot that is not reef safe. I prefer the loctite, gorilla glue and the stuff sold at the 99 cent store and Harbor Freight tools over the more expensive "reef safe" aquarium stuff like Ecotech sells. Ive tried all the reef branded stuff and the Ecotech was runny and 4 to 10 times the price . I also like the BRS branded glue good price for a giant bottle. 2 Quote Link to comment
