Will GSP spread on bare acrylic?

As crazy as this sounds I want to attach the GSP frag I got to the back wall and let it spread. But it's a new tank and there's no coraline yet. I can probably attach it initially with superglue but can it get a good holding on bare acrylic without coraline?

Absolutely it will; it's on the walls of my acrylic tank. The only bad thing is that sometimes scraping it off causes them to release some sort of chemicals that my tank didn't like for a few days, so keep that in mind or do a WC immediately afterward.
