Sps or lps

Seen leptos advertised as both in some online vendors sites. What’s the verdict?

Could be. Everything seems to open up after lights out in my tank. Never see daytime feeders. The piece I got was so small and I could always just be looking at the wrong time. Like I said I’ve seen it for sale as either so was curious.

I don't have an answer that's 100% but leptos definitely are not as picky as most sps, nor do they need the same requirements. One of my favorite corals 🙂

Why bother with the designation?  :)

 

For me, it does better in my 40 gallon and hates too much light.  Mine has gotten to the point where it feeds almost constantly with sweepers about an inch long.
