Joevember
I noticed something stand out when I was messing around with my lighting with the blues on full blast. There is something that is a flourescent orange color on the base of my blasto colony. I have an orange lepto and other corals, but this looks completely different. It looks like it is encrusting the rock and has purple lines on it. It's pretty small, but I'll try to get some good pics. Quote Link to comment
Joevember
I think it's coralline, but I don't know why it would be orange. Quote Link to comment
Aurortpa
Hard to tell out of water and in tank is a bit dark. Is it soft, slimy? Maybe a mushroom? I have metallic green ones that hitchhiked. Could be a sponge or coraline, albeit more rarely, comes in other colors. Quote Link to comment
yoshii
It's Peyssonnelia, a type of crustose algae. Neat! Usually a slow grower, shows off those cool red/orange patterns 2 1 Quote Link to comment
