Zach W
So I am just starting to put corals into my tank (Innovative marine Nuvo 20 paired with NanoBox Duo) and was wondering what settings others who have this same setup were running? I am mostly going to be stocking LPS and softies as well as some easier SPS eventually (Monti's and maybe birdsnest). I currently have it set to LPS+ preset and the light is ~7-8" off the water surface. I dont have a par meter to test levels and dont really have to funds to buy one to test. Im new to the coral game and light acclimation and everything so I am trying not to fry things. My first three corals are a mushroom, a candy cane, and a hammer. The the mushroom and candycane seem happy as can be, but the hammer hasn't fully opened yet. I assume it is just getting used to a new tank though as the others are happy. I know the nanobox website has par readings for the light but unless I am blind it doesnt tell you what preset or settings those par values come from, any thoughts @DaveFason ? Quote Link to comment

Just keep the preset you have now. You will be all set. Quote Link to comment
