Micro
No, this is not a shrimp eating my duncan situation. I came home from work today to find my duncan was eating the shrimp! I suppose I'm glad I saw it happen rather than fruitlessly trying to figure out where the shrimp had gone. I seriously doubt the duncan killed the little guy, but that coral won't be hungry anytime soon. 2 4 Quote Link to comment

Barely 2 grams of meat for twenty bucks?! Get outta here. 3 Quote Link to comment
Christopher Marks
Holy moly! It must have been weak or vulnerable in some way, or gotten startled into the wrong place at the wrong time. Crazy. Thanks for sharing @Micro! @1891Bro 🤣 Quote Link to comment
banasophia
Whoa, you sure it’s not just its molt? My corals try to do that. Quote Link to comment
Micro
I wish it was the molt. I'm fairly sure the female Clarkii either wounded or killed him. She's been getting pretty rough with him lately. She pulled the head out of the corals mouth later last night and had the leftovers. 1 1 Quote Link to comment
markalot
I love Duncans, they will try to eat anything. I suspect molt, but you should know sooner or later. Quote Link to comment
Micro
No molt. There were plenty of meaty bits left when the clown pulled the head away from the ducan. ☠😱 2 Quote Link to comment
