ajkochev
Just wondering what everyone's favorite aspect of the hobby is. Setting up a new tank, getting a challenging coral to grow, just watching the tank, ETC. For me it is DIY. I love building things out of raw materials for my tanks. 2 Quote Link to comment

Draco
I like researching. whether I want to purchase an item or livestock or not.. I can spend hours researching. For the tank itself, I like setting it up. I'm always itching to redo my pico, lol 2 Quote Link to comment
ffoott
For me personally is contemplating the diversity of life that just seems to pop up on its own and their relationship with the reef as a whole...all in one small glass box. 2 Quote Link to comment

jambon
I like the diversity of the ocean life and the challenge of raising it all in a little glass box. Quote Link to comment
Ranjib
Definite diy and several other aspects ( complex interactions between different inhabitants etc) about reef keeping that I find very rewarding. But perhaps the most enjoyable part is to just look at it with my two year old son. Or watching him folding his little sleeves for feeding the fishes 🙂 2 Quote Link to comment
Red_Blenny
+1 to raising corals in a tiny box. I also like looking at the variety of corals and watching the colors of the corals morph. 1 Quote Link to comment
