Frag off dead frogspawn skeleton?

Hi all I have this frogspawn that has two heads. One of them has died off and the other is better shape. I’m not quite sure what to do with the dead head. Should I try to remove it or should I just leave it alone? It’s almost lights off for the tank that is why my frogspawn is a bit closed up other than that he is wide opened

idk maybe keep it as nitrifying bacteria can grow on the crevices or frag and put the dead piece in the filter (rinse it first

If you're super patient, a tiny baby head might grow from it. 

 

I kept an old torch skeleton that didn't make it and it tried to regrow twice ! It was cute seeing the babies. I say tried because both times the baby heads died. Maybe hungry fish or just really sensitive to changing parameters in the tank.
