Waiting on a delivery from reefsupplies.ca with Dry Rock, Live Sand, Microbacter7 and Aquamaxx Epoxy so I can get my aquascape figured out. I am planning on running the Red Sea Mixed reef recipe as close as I can and see how well it works. I want to keep things pretty simple as far as maintenance goes on this tank. 1 Quote Link to comment

I have not decided on any fish at this point. 1 Quote Link to comment
Nicks Reef
I finally got my order from reefsupplies.ca and started building the aquascape. The Aquamaxx Reef Welder was amazing, It was clean and held instantly. I picked up some of Dr. Tims ammonia and plan on starting the cycle soon What is the best way to get some corraline algae into the tank without the pests? is it worth picking up a small piece of live rock? 3 Quote Link to comment

Digging the rock scape. Looking forward to seeing your progress. Quote Link to comment
Red_Blenny
Don't worry about coralline algae, you'll probably introduce that into the tank when you buy frag. Quote Link to comment
Nicks Reef
Got the Rock and sand into the water and started the Microbacter7 and Dr. Tims ammonia dosing. Now its the waiting game, going to let this cycle for the next 4 weeks. Here are a couple of pics of the aquascape. Front: Side: 3 Quote Link to comment
TatorTaco
Just wanted to check in to see how the cycle is going? Did you happen to pick up an ATO for this tank? 1 Quote Link to comment
