Tom.s.levine
So I need some help ID’ing this hitchhiker that came with the small red/burgandy plate coral from saltwaterfish.com it looks like an anemone but I am not sure. It’s red with purple tips. It does not appear to be a manjo. It’s on the left next to the plate coral/tounge coral Any ideas? Quote Link to comment
SaltyBuddha
If it was green I would say duncan coral, but that would be hard to miss because you can see a duncan's skeleton. Quote Link to comment
jambon
It looks like the plate split off a baby possibly. Quote Link to comment

Hard to tell based on the pic... Looks like one brown thing next to another lol. It doesn't seem to be bothering the plate though so I'm guessing it's not an anemone, which would likely be irritating the plate coral. Take a look after lights out and it should be more obvious what it is... Skeleton = plate. If it's an anemone I can't really tell what it is. Quote Link to comment
