kspain12 Posted March 20, 2018 Share Posted March 20, 2018 Hello all, I have a extra AI Prime HD with the metal mount arm. I just recently acquired a 2g Anchor Hocking Jar. I also have an extra JBJ Nano Cube stand I was wanting to use for the Jar. My main question would be if the AI Prime would be overkill (Yes I know that the light is adjustable), and if not, what are some recommended settings? The second question would be how would I mount the lights, and how high should I keep them? Thank you all. Quote Link to comment
Clown79 Posted March 28, 2018 Share Posted March 28, 2018 You will have to run it very low. Check out the contest going on right now on Pico jars. Most use 12 watt par bulbs, those of us who attempted higher wattage ones like 24watt had difficulties not bleaching corals Quote Link to comment
