dchobbes
My colt coral is detaching from the small rock piece I received it on. It looks like the base of it is disintegrating or something. Why is it doing this? The branches seem to be extended and open. Is it a sign that it is dying? How should I secure it down? My tank conditions: 11 gallons with 2x18W, on BakPak2 skimmer S.G.: 1.023-1.025 Temp: 78F Ammonia: 0, Nitrite: 0, Nitrate: 5 ppm Alkalinity: 9-9.5 ppm Calcium: 475 ppm I don't have any fishes in the tank. Just 9 snails, some ricordeas, palythoa, and zoanthid. Link to comment
