BellaCoop
I am about to get a take and it has a lot of aphasia in it. Should I drain it and re do or try to fix. It has a LOT in it. Below is a picture, please give any advice on what I should do. Quote Link to comment
Lypto
dare I say... they're kinda pretty.... I'd say separate the corals and clownfish, take the rocks and re cycle them. or just put the corals and fish in a separate container, go crazy with Aptasia x, wait for the survivors to poke out, re Aptasia x and do a massive water change like a day later. But that's ALOT of aptasia to individually stick. 1 Quote Link to comment
Clown79
Wow. That's a lot of aiptasia. What size tank is it? To get rid of all that, might be difficult. You could try peppermint shrimp. Some eat aiptasia. Or buy new liverock, put it in a bucket of sw with heater and powerhead. Monitor for ammonia. Once you know it won't cause a spike, I'd remove the majority of the rocks and replace with new. 1 Quote Link to comment

biofool12
I would have loved to get rid of all that with aiptasia-x. I actually find it somewhat fun Quote Link to comment
Clown79
The Ai hd has a spread of 24x24 so you need 2 of them. Quote Link to comment
