The product is hit or miss and how long it will be a bit is another issue. I was warned by many and took a chance. After wasting my money, I simply won't touch their products again. No warranty, no replacement parts, no customer service You can add the protection plan for a few bucks on amazon. If you buy it from fishstreet they do offer a warranty and parts...the downside to fishstreet is you have to pay the shipping from China on warranty stuff. Quote Link to comment

Mine came with a yr warranty and were fully replaced. Still prefer my aqamai. Incomparable. I sold my replacement jebao's. Didn't end up liking the flow it provided. Quote Link to comment
