Matrioshka18
Hello, This is my first attempt at getting some help. My leather coral looks like it developed some brown around the stem. Does this look fine? It opens fine and it only shrank a bit. It looked a lot bigger before. I added an old photo of how it used to look. Thanks for any input. Quote Link to comment
OPtasia
Mmm sometimes they'll shrink up in an attempt to rid themselves of bacteria and algaes, usually once a month or so. If you see that happening, don't panic. 1 Quote Link to comment

OPtasia
Ehh I wouldn't panic. Just make sure your water parameters are fine. Keep an eye on it. If there are any other signs of distress, let us know. 1 Quote Link to comment
Clown79
That's normal. Leathers shrink up periodically to shed detritus, it's also a process of growth. When they open up, they are bigger. If a leather does this too frequently, it's unhappy with it's placement. They like light and decent flow. 1 Quote Link to comment
