What do i use to treat ichs? copper treatment not an option...

my water tests perfect why shouldn't i start to add stuff slowly, I havedn't had any deaths or anything else go wrong except for that one cleaner shrimp, I am taking the 2 peppermint shrimp out, so why would i not be able to replace them with 2 other shrimp, same load as the tank is handling right now, they have actually even grown a pretty good bit, and i have baby snails i dunno where they came from but that has to be a good sign if small inverts such as baby snails can survive in the water
