Thanks for tagging along! I'm pretty happy with the aquascape, I'l be taking the front rock out once the algae subsides, that was from a buddies fuge. The flowerpot was a bunch of gravel/sand from my nano, just getting as much diversity in there as possible! It's in my sump now.

I ended up picking up a better gate valve and switched over to the herbie style. That did the trick!  Solved the noise issue I was having. Thanks for the info

glad it worked out for ya, there's a piece of mind to a silent system. Only problem is it's so quiet I can hear my super sensitive ATO pump kicking in every minute!

thanks for fostering the bully. I’ve had two, one rescue and one from a puppy. They are by far the greatest dogs ever created. Tiny has a great mask.

Bought local, we have a great club in the area, very lucky!

 

i have two EBD's, Tiny is just spending the holidays, he's a treat. Started calling him tiny bc he's a runt compared to my dudes.

These were my two. I’m dying to get another one, but the wife is irrational and not budging since we have a one year old and a four year old. She thinks they are too aggressive when they play. She just doesn’t really know what they are like. We have settled on getting a frenchie next but it’s not the same.

This is Thor, on the floor, and Taco, on the couch. 

 

Both are rescues, and they do play a bit rough, I can understand your wife's sentiments. My dudes are bigger than your average EBD, Taco is 90lbs and Thor is 75lbs, I don't think they understand how much mass is compressed into such a tiny little package. I have a video of all 3 of them romping that I'll post up!

I agree! There's about 10 heads under all that. I was going to frag it to recoup some of the cost, but once it went in, I couldn't bring myself to it. What better way to showcase a quality piece than a nano, I suppose!
