What to feed for best growth and health?

I have a 3 gallon tank with

  • Xenia
  • GSP
  • Torch
  • Long Tentacle Plate
  • Glove Polyp (Anthelia)

I also have a clown, peppermint shrimp, and emerald crab which I feed 2 different types of pellets every couple days. When I feed my corals I usually feed once weekly wish reefroids, coral frenzy powder, and mysis shrimp. After that feeding I usually do at least 80% water changes after that weekly feeding, but I don't do any water changes when I feed pellets a couple times a week.

So anyways my question is, what I can add to my weekly feeding schedule to help my corals grow faster. I was considering phytoplankton, any opinions

just curious, why the rush?

my opinion:

you're feeding plenty already....sit back and enjoy your tank.  half the fun is getting there.

I'd possibly recommend Aquavitro Fuel, but at 3g, why bother...

Yeah you're right, Im definitely rushing it. I just think it will look better when the coral is more grown out

This is a pretty good question! I'm having massive SPS growth and some not so great LPS growth. I'm trying to research the best method to feed these guys and keep everybody happy!!

Phytoplankton will cause increases nutrients in the tank.

Meatier foods are beneficial, not necessarily for growth but health.

I use reef roids lightly twice a week and feed my Lps Vitalis Lps pellets
