Letting go if his day job maybe?   LOL  That would be a huge leap for most people.

Thank you! Balancing my books :P. The hardest thing still is stocking inventory. Being so small and needing to stock ~ 20-35K in parts can make things tuff. But things are going more smoothly.

That was "easy". Being motivated to have a pay check will get your butt in gear!
