Personally I like the nylon version a little more because it's much easier to clean them. When I change out sock, I usually just take the old one and spray with garden hose and it's clean. With the felt version, I would have to let them soak in water and bleach them so I wait for a few of them to accumulate before doing a batch. Often time, they looks so gunky and nasty that they go in the trash. Just my take FWIW. Link to comment
