vlangel
Hey all you macro gurus, I need some advise. My codium is growing well in the seahorse tank but this week I noticed something new. On the high flow side it has a fine, light green growth on it. I am not sure if it is thickening its branches or if that is algae or biofilm growing on it. Has anyone else experienced this? I will try to take a pic tonight. Quote Link to comment
Boggers
fuzzy like this? That would be a good thing as it is a sign of extra happy growth IMO Quote Link to comment
vlangel
Well it looks kind of like that. What do you think @boggers. Quote Link to comment
Boggers
That is a tough call based on the growth pattern. Looks more like a sponge or something attempting to grow on it. I would leave it for a bit and just watch. 1 Quote Link to comment

Boggers
If a toothbrush does not remove it, I would lean toward it being part of the plant itself. Thx for the conundrum of the week. 1 Quote Link to comment
