My PO4 is 0,00 10%+-  i was thinking in put more one ... because the water is too clean ?. And my Mame Skimmer will arrive in this month too ... but im worry about create disturb between these fishs... clowfish and bicolor living in peace .. ?

I wouldn't.  Five gallon tanks are only large enough for one or two very small fish, like green banded gobies.  Your clown will outgrow the tank, and some say that dottybacks need larger tanks just because they need more swimming room. :)
