I took the picture with a usb microscope so its smaller than the picture gives it credit for. It is about the size of a pin head Quote Link to comment

Seems pretty mixed but most say they are harmless Unless you're keeping seahorses or pipefish (or other delicate, slow-moving animals), I wouldn't worry about it.
